The United States-China Educational Exchange (USTC) is offering fellowships to International Students in China in the Year 2024. Those interested in earning a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in China are strongly encouraged to apply. The application process does not cost anything. For the 2024–2025 School Year, a number of Fully Funded Scholarships are available.
Many different majors and subdivisions are offered at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels. All expenses are covered by the USTC Program Scholarship. Programs leading to the Bachelor’s Degree will last 4 years, those leading to the Master’s 2–3 years, and those leading to the Doctorate 3–4 years. To be considered for a USTC International Scholarship, please submit the following using the Online Application System:
- Complete the online scholarship application for USTC, including a signature and a recent photo.
- Passport copy Proposal for a study or research (at least 800 words long).
- Renewed resume.
- Recommended Letters of Two Different People
- Foreigner Medical Examination Form Photocopy.
- Please include a photocopy of your Bachelor’s and Master’s degree(s) and their corresponding academic transcripts.
- A Certificate of Language Proficiency.

Criteria for Eligibility:
To be considered for the USTC International Scholarship 2024-25 in China, applicants must meet the following requirements.
- Applicants must be in excellent health and not be Chinese nationals currently enrolled in a Chinese educational institution.
- A high school diploma (or its foreign equivalent), the HSK5 certificate, and being under the age of 30 as of September 1st, 2024 are all requirements for admission to Bachelor’s Degree Studies.
- A Bachelor’s degree and being under 35 on September 1st, 2024 are prerequisites for a Master’s degree application.
- A Master’s degree and being under 40 on September 1st, 2024 are prerequisites for a Doctoral program.
- Students who expect to graduate in 2024 must demonstrate their commitment to doing so by submitting a Pre-graduation Certificate no later than July 1, 2024.
