Conditions for Eligibility :
- The 2023–2024 school year is the beginning of your studies.
- You must be from a non-EU/EEA nation; You must have a very good academic record (i.e. a CGPA of 7.5 (out of 10));
- You must not have studied in the Netherlands for a complete degree (i.e. a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
- You have (tentatively) been accepted into one of the approved degree programs.
- You have passed the standard English proficiency test and meet all other requirements necessary to enter the Netherlands;
- A total of 6.5 on the Academic IELTS (or 90 on the TOEFL iBT) and a score of 6.0 (or 20 on the TOEFL iBT) on the Speaking section
- You are not eligible for a Dutch study grant.

The Holland Scholarship application deadline at the University of Twente is May 1, 2023.
