HEC Moroccan Government Scholarship 2023/24 Applications are now being accepted. The Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) is offering a number of scholarship opportunities for the year 2023. We Welcome Applications From Any and All Pakistani Students Interested in Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Morocco. For the 2023–2024 School Year, the Moroccan government is offering a fully funded HEC scholarship.
Universities in Morocco Provide Courses in Nearly Every Discipline, including Medicine, Engineering, and Agriculture. The scholarship will pay for all of the costs involved in studying abroad.
Scholarships for undergraduates, graduate students, and doctoral candidates are available in the Kingdom of Morocco for students from Pakistan. Since the Moroccan government is footing the bill for this scholarship, the Higher Education Commission in Islamabad bears no additional cost.

The Necessary Paperwork:
When applying online, these items are unnecessary. These requirements apply only to those applicants who progress to the next round. So, get these papers ready:
- A photocopy of your signed HEC application.
- Certified copies of all transcripts, degrees, etc.
- CNIC copy.
- Letter of intent from the candidate.
- Evidence of the candidate’s participation in extracurricular activities and volunteer work, as well as their academic achievements.
- A recommendation letter that highlights the candidate’s strengths.
- Theses and dissertations written for the Master’s degree and doctoral dissertation proposals.
- Clear Criminal Background Check (Police Clearance Certificate) issued within the past six months.
- All applicants must provide a doctor’s statement attesting to their generally good health. A doctor’s note stating that the applicant does not have HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis A/B/C, or any other communicable disease that is currently spreading rapidly.
- A No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the applicant’s current or previous employer is required for every job offer.

Criteria for Acceptance:
Online applicants for the HEC Moroccan Government Scholarship must meet the following requirements:
- Be a citizen and long-term resident of Pakistan/AJK. There will be zero tolerance for dual citizenship.
- The chosen student must be available to enroll in classes at a Moroccan university in September or October of 2024.
- Undergraduate programs typically require a minimum of 12 years of schooling (an FSC or A-level diploma). between the ages of 19 and 23.
- The Master’s degree requires a minimum of 16 years of college work in the appropriate subjects.
- Admission to a PhD program in a relevant topic at a suitable Moroccan university typically requires at least 18 years of prior academic experience.
- The candidate must not be in possession of any other active scholarships.
- Other criteria may be specified by the Moroccan university of interest.
- No prior suspension from the Kingdom of Morocco for criminal action will be tolerated for the candidate.
- The language of instruction is French, and incoming students who do not speak the language well enough will be required to attend a language upgrading course during the first year of study before they may enroll in a degree program. In a language class, you are not permitted to repeat material.
- Applying to graduate programs in linguistics, Arabic literature, or Islamic studies requires knowledge of the Arabic language.
