This fellowship program is open to young applicants between the Ages Of 24 And 35 who hold or will soon receive a Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree. The AYF is comprised of three interconnected programs called Lectures, Challenges, and Projects. Financial Coverage

Fellows have the opportunity to rediscover themselves from the perspective of a new country and culture, while surrounded by AYF Fellows from all over the world.
Working Hours
- 5 days a week of working & learning
- 10 days of paid leave available six months into the Fellowship
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants may come from any nation.
- Age between 24 and 30 is favored.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree recipient.
- Dedication to resolving societal issues and participation in our initiatives.
- Core values of diligence, self-control, and concern for others
- IELTS or other Language Test documentation is not required.
